If you are a more hands on learner you may want to explore the various possibilities that a Vocational Education and Training course ( VET) can offer you. The great thing about a VET course is that you can undertake it whilst at school or in the workplace. VET provides industry and trades hands on training leading to employment, credits towards a TCE, or even a pathway to University. You can access VET courses through your school, TasTafe, The trades Training Center in Huonville, any registered training organization, or undertake an Australian Scool-based Apprenticeship (AsbA) or traineeship.
